Norris Beren is the founder of Risk Reward Consulting Inc. and the developer of Case Dismissed℠: The Shipper/Broker/Carrier Defense Protocol℠. He has spent 45+ years advising more than 1,000 CEOs in trucking, freight brokerage, and logistics, with deep specialization in transportation risk management and the legal and regulatory environment governing broker-carrier relationships.
He has served as Risk Management Consultant to the Intermodal Association of North America since 1996 and had maintained a 25-year advisory relationship with the Transportation Intermediaries Association.
He anticipated the direction of the Supreme Court in Montgomery v. Caribe Transport II and developed the Protocol before the ruling came down.
